The logistics team in Ireland have finalised the menu with the venue for this year and have assured us that they have tasted it all and found it excellent. Here’s an overview of what the players can expect. Note that menus subject to slight change and the BBQ is weather dependant.

Plated Dinner – Served in Flesk Restaurant and Bistro
Roast Chicken and Ham served with Stuffing and Gravy
Baked Salmon served with Potato Galette, Leeks and White Wine Sauce
Flat Cap Mushroom stuffed with Goats Cheese and Sunflower Seeds served with a Tomato Vinaigrette
Accompanied with Seasonal Vegetables and Potatoes
Homemade Apple Pie served with Custard and Ice Cream
Freshly Brewed Tea or Filtered Coffee
