Streaming from WTC 2016.

Warmachine/Hordes World Team Championship

Last year, we had the guys from Enter the Crucible and Muse on Minis come over to the WTC and give us pro-level streaming and commentary from the event.  I think everyone agrees that it was a great addition to the event and helped people from all around the world to participate in the action.

Streaming games also helps strengthen the community by increasing the popularity of the game.  This translates to directly helping you have more people around wanting to play Warmachine and Hordes.

So, the same guys are looking to put on the same stream for you this year, but need help getting over to the event.  They continue to put their time into the project for free and also will provide the necessary equipment.  But some costs are always there, like travel costs and upgrading/replacing equipment.

Here’s a link to their fundraiser page.  All money goes directly to…

Mk3 Warlock Study – Kryssa

How to Train Your Dragonspawn

Coming off the back of my Absylonia2 Warlock study I was intending to talk about Saeryn next as I think she is one of the most interesting warlocks in Mk3. However playing around in War Room and looking at what people are interested in I’ve decided to put Saeryn on hold in favour of our latest addition Kryssa. So a lot of people have been down on Kryssa beyond the battlebox games, she doesn’t seem to scale well with her spell list and compared to Ragnor, Maddox and Tanith people haven’t been scrambling to put her on the table. She is certainly simple to play but there are a number of unique features which make her an interesting choice in Mk3…

Fines imminent for certain WTC teams.

Warmachine/Hordes World Team Championship

We still have not received a filled out logistics form and acknowledgment of the rules of Centre Parcs from certain WTC teams (see list below).
Because we are in a special (and quite nice!) location this year, we have to be a bit less flexible on making logistical arrangements.  Consequently, not having the information in the form will cause us hardships with the Centre Parcs administration.  We have asked Team Captains to have this information back to us by Sunday evening.  If we do not receive it, we will have to charge the team a fine of 50 Euros to manage the delay.
Hopefully it won’t come to that; please let us know if you will have any difficulty meeting this deadline.  Please let your Captains know about this message and to check their email accounts.  Thank you.
